Securities Associate — Madrid

Leading Madrid practice seeks a securities associate to join its market regulation and capital markets team. The role focuses on advising clients on securities law, regulatory compliance and public/private offerings across Spanish and EU regimes.

The successful candidate will work on transactional and regulatory matters, drafting documentation, liaising with regulators and supporting senior lawyers on complex capital-markets matters. Firm offers collaborative team environment and exposure to cross-practice matters.

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Spain (or equivalent) with experience in capital markets and securities regulation.
• Practical experience drafting offering documents, regulatory filings and transactional agreements.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish and EU securities law and regulatory processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Spanish; English proficiency desirable.
