Top-tier New York litigation team is seeking an associate with strong securities and complex commercial litigation experience. The role involves working on high‑stakes civil and regulatory matters, supporting all phases of contentious work from fact development through dispositive motions and trial preparation.

Successful candidates will join a multi‑disciplinary group handling contested securities, shareholder and commercial disputes, with regular involvement in discovery management, motion practice, hearings, and witness preparation.

4–6 years' post‑qualification litigation experience, with significant securities and/or complex commercial litigation matters
Demonstrated experience in trial preparation, drafting briefs and pleadings, and managing discovery
Experience preparing for or taking depositions and conducting witness interviews; participation in hearings and investigatory matters
Strong legal research, writing, and project management skills; ability to work collaboratively on large, cross‑disciplinary teams
J.D. and admission or eligibility to practice in New York
