The role focuses on high‑stakes securities disputes, regulatory enforcement matters and related contentious work, with exposure to insolvency/restructuring and some transactional elements.

The successful candidate will take a market-facing leadership role: managing complex, often cross‑border matters, developing client relationships, and growing team capabilities across the practice.

Established record of handling securities enforcement and litigation matters at partner level
Experience leading complex, cross‑border disputes and managing teams
