We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic Senior Associate with strong expertise in banking and finance law to join our team in Kyiv. The successful candidate will manage and prioritise competing demands with composure under pressure.

Candidates must possess:

At least 3–4 years of full-time experience in banking & finance transactions, including structured finance deals and cross-border restructurings; interest in capital markets, derivatives, and other finance transactions is a plus.
Ukrainian qualification with a law degree from a reputable university.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Ukrainian.
A commercial approach, strong interpersonal and time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility, multi-tasking ability, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
