An experienced Senior Associate is sought to join a highly regarded Catastrophic Injury team in Manchester. The role involves managing a varied caseload of high-value, complex catastrophic injury claims while working closely with Partners and clients on strategically important matters.

The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of cases, develop strong client relationships, and play an active role in mentoring junior colleagues and supporting the growth of the team. • Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in defendant personal injury litigation.
• Strong experience handling complex, high-value catastrophic injury and large loss claims.
• Excellent knowledge of liability, indemnity and quantum principles.
• Experience managing cases involving serious injury litigation through to conclusion.
• Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially aware with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members would be advantageous.
