A leading international law firm is seeking a (Senior) Associate / Rechtsanwalt (w/m/d) to join its Corporate/M&A team in Munich. The team advises domestic and international companies, financial institutions and private equity funds on the full spectrum of corporate transactions.

The role focuses on complex domestic and cross-border M&A, including public and private M&A, international joint ventures and cross-border mergers. A particular emphasis lies on transactions in the financial, energy, infrastructure and automotive sectors, alongside ESG-related transactions and corporate law matters.

Above-average state examination results.

A team-oriented, communicative approach with a confident manner.
