Top-tier corporate/M&A team in Munich is seeking (Senior) Associates / Rechtsanwälte (m/w/d) to join its cross-border transactional practice. The team advises domestic and international corporates, financial institutions and PE houses on complex public and private M&A, joint ventures and cross-border mergers, with particular focus on finance, energy, infrastructure and automotive transactions.

The role offers exposure to ESG-related deals and societary law issues, work in small, multidisciplinary teams, and international mandates. You will be supported by mentoring, professional development programmes and hybrid working arrangements, with early responsibility on substantive matters.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) or soon-to-qualify; candidates at entry or with prior M&A experience are welcome
Strong academic record (above-average state exams) and solid commercial awareness
Excellent English; international experience is an advantage
Interest in ESG and sustainability aspects of transactions; team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
