An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Senior Associate to join a close-knit and highly collaborative Corporate/M&A team within a leading global law firm. Working alongside three corporate partners, you will advise a broad range of high-profile clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

The practice is full-service, covering mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, capital raisings, venture capital investments, W&I insurance, buyouts, rollups, international expansion and market entry, governance, and commercial law. Clients span sectors including technology, consumer markets, financial services, agribusiness, infrastructure, resources, and energy.

5+ years' PQE gained within a corporate and commercial practice at an international or top-tier law firm
Strong desire to work on high-profile, complex transactions
