The role focuses on advising corporate clients and work across compensation design, equity and cash incentive arrangements, deferred compensation, and related employee benefits matters.

The team advises on both transactional and ongoing counseling matters, including plan documentation, governance, and compliance with tax and securities rules. The position offers significant client contact, cross-practice collaboration, and opportunities to work on high-profile matters for public and private companies.

JD from an accredited law school and active New York bar admission (or eligibility).
Several years of post-qualification experience in executive compensation and employee benefits counseling; strong drafting and plan-documentation skills.
Practical knowledge of tax-qualified plans, deferred compensation (Section 409A), equity awards, and SEC/disclosure matters.
Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented and able to manage client relationships.
