The position offers significant client contact, cross-practice collaboration, and opportunities to work on high-profile matters for public and private companies.
- JD from an accredited law school and active New York bar admission (or eligibility).
- Several years of post-qualification experience in executive compensation and employee benefits counseling; strong drafting and plan-documentation skills.
- Practical knowledge of tax-qualified plans, deferred compensation (Section 409A), equity awards, and SEC/disclosure matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented and able to manage client relationships.
