We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Employment & Labor practice in Hong Kong. The role involves exclusively non-contentious employment advisory work, assisting Managing Associates and Partners, and running own matters under supervision.

The successful candidate will work with and supervise junior associates, trainees, and paralegals, and have direct client contact with relationship management responsibilities. The caseload covers a wide range of employment law matters, including general employment queries, contracts and policies, restructures, and cross-border employment support across the APAC region.

Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 6+ years' post-qualification experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of Hong Kong employment law.
Prior experience handling employment matters across the APAC region.
Fluent in English and Chinese (verbal, reading, and writing).
Strong analytical ability and clear communication style.
Commercial approach to client service and comfort with business development.
Team player with supervisory skills.
Proficient IT skills (Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
