Senior Associate, Employment — Hong Kong

Senior associate role in a well-regarded international employment practice based in Hong Kong. The team advises multinational clients on the full spectrum of employment matters and handles both regional coordination across APAC and local Hong Kong work.

The role is focused on non-contentious employment advisory work, with responsibility for running matters under supervision, managing client relationships and supervising junior lawyers and support staff. There are clear opportunities to contribute to business development and to shape the role around your skills and interests.

• Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience; Hong Kong-qualified
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and experience handling employment matters across APAC
• Experience supervising junior associates/trainees and managing client relationships
• Fluent in English and Chinese (verbal, reading and writing); comfortable with common legal technology and time-recording systems
