Join a premier disputes practice and work on significant insolvency, asset recovery and commercial litigation matters. The team is consistently ranked Band 1 by Chambers Asia-Pacific and acts for major banks, insolvency practitioners, corporates, accounting firms, and government clients on matters at the forefront of the Australian market.

Working closely with a recognised leader in insolvency and disputes, you will advise on insolvency-related disputes, regulatory investigations, asset recovery, and major commercial litigation. You will also collaborate with specialists across restructuring, banking, tax, financial services, and corporate law to deliver commercial outcomes for clients facing complex business challenges.

The role offers hands-on responsibility, direct partner access, and exposure to some of Australia's most significant disputes and insolvency matters. You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility, encouraged to contribute ideas, and supported by colleagues invested in your growth and success.

Experience at the Senior Associate level in a leading disputes, insolvency, or commercial litigation practice
Significant insolvency disputes experience
Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills
A commercial mindset and sound judgement
Ability to develop practical, strategic solutions to complex issues
Confidence managing matters and building client relationships
Collaborative approach and commitment to exceptional client service
Desire to work with and mentor more junior team members
