Senior Associate, Intellectual Property Litigation

Seeking a senior associate to join a national intellectual property team handling complex patent litigation and related IP work. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and offers exposure to high‑stakes matters in technology and life‑sciences sectors.

Typical matters include contested patent litigation, drafting and responding to pleadings, discovery and claim construction, preparation of technical and expert materials, and coordinating with patent prosecution teams and technical specialists. Collaboration with senior lawyers and client counselling are core components of the role.

• Established experience in patent litigation (briefing, discovery, claim construction and motion practice)
• Familiarity with patent prosecution and ability to collaborate with prosecution teams
• Strong technical or scientific background relevant to technology or life‑sciences matters
• Excellent drafting, analytical and client‑service skills; admission to at least one U.S. bar
