Join a leading, full-service international law firm as a senior associate in its U.S. IP litigation practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and offers the opportunity to work on high‑stakes patent litigation and related IP matters.

The team handles a broad range of patent work—litigation, patent prosecution support, opinions, freedom‑to‑operate and infringement analyses—across technology and life‑sciences clients. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with experienced trial teams and contribute to all phases of matters, from discovery and claim construction through dispositive motion and trial preparation.

Substantial experience in patent litigation (including briefing, discovery and claim construction)
Comfort supporting patent prosecution and preparing patentability/validity/freedom‑to‑operate opinions
Strong technical credentials or background relevant to client matters (e.g., life sciences, chemistry, electrical/semiconductor, or software)
Excellent drafting, research and oral communication skills; admission to a U.S. bar
