Join a specialized practice focused on IT, outsourcing, and strategic contracting. You will work in a close-knit team and collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines to provide clients with a cohesive, integrated approach. Your work will span complex IT implementations and development projects, IT outsourcing, software licensing and SaaS agreements, and other strategic partnerships. In this role you will draft and negotiate contracts, support on disputes, and advise clients on complex European data and technology regulation and digitalization — including in highly regulated sectors such as healthcare, energy, and financial services.

You will have ample room to take the lead on matters and serve as a key contact for clients, while also contributing to the growth of the practice through publications, coaching junior lawyers, and product and innovation initiatives. You will work closely with external advisors and have the freedom to shape your role according to your experience and interests. We are looking for someone curious about clients’ organizations and technologies, who can distinguish essentials, communicate clearly, and share insights with an eye for others’ perspectives.

A completed master’s degree in Dutch law
4–7 years of experience as a lawyer (advocaat)
Solid knowledge of contract law and the law of obligations
Affinity with technology
Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating (IT) agreements and/or guiding commercial disputes
Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
Available to start in the short term
