Senior Associate - Litigation & Dispute Resolution

We are seeking a senior litigation lawyer with 10–12 years of experience to lead complex civil and administrative litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration matters. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of designing and implementing effective legal and procedural strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling civil and administrative litigation, from strategy development through execution.
• Managing domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
• Structuring, negotiating, and drafting complex civil and commercial agreements.
• Advising on public and private contracting, including tender processes and procedures involving government entities.

Requirements:

• Law degree with 10–12 years of professional legal experience.
• Bilingual in English.
• Strong experience in civil and administrative litigation, including strategy design and implementation.
• Proven experience in domestic and/or international arbitration.
• Knowledge and experience in public and private contracting, including negotiation, structuring, drafting, and execution of complex agreements.
• Experience advising on public and private tender processes and contracting with government entities.
• Previous work in a law firm or in roles with significant exposure to complex litigation and arbitration.
