The team advises on a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory processes, corporate transactions and property, construction and insolvency-adjacent work. It is known for a pragmatic, clear and commercial approach to navigating complex regulation across sectors such as insurance and reinsurance, financial services, construction and engineering, healthcare, maritime and international trade, public sector and rail.

Clients include insurers, financial institutions, shareholders and private equity firms. The firm offers a collaborative culture with strong investment in professional development, including mentoring, peer learning and potential secondments to clients and international offices.

8+ years' experience in commercial or corporate law
Experience in legal teams within the insurance industry
Experience supporting and supervising junior team members
Experience with M&A transactions and other commercial agreements
Experience assisting on large cases in a team environment
Experience of arbitration and negotiation
Demonstrable research, writing and communication skills
Excellent academics
Previous client contact experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
