Qualified lawyer in Germany with several years' post-qualification experience in patent/IP litigation
Proven courtroom and/or enforcement experience in patent disputes; experience with cross-border matters advantageous
Strong legal drafting and advocacy skills in German and English
Commercial awareness and ability to manage client relationships and work in a team-oriented, international environment
