Well-established national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Boston real estate team. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions across leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and financing matters for a diverse client base.

The team handles complex, high-value matters for institutional, corporate and developer clients and collaborates closely with colleagues across offices. This is an opportunity to work on significant transactional work within a busy, collaborative practice group.

Licensed attorney in Massachusetts (or pending admission) with experience in commercial real estate transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on leases, purchase and sale agreements, and financing documents
Comfort working independently on matters and collaborating with multi-office teams
Excellent client-facing communication and project management abilities
