Our highly regarded Real Estate practice is seeking a senior associate to join our Perth team. Working closely with two experienced property partners, you will run your own matters with a high level of autonomy while contributing to a collaborative and passionate group.

Act for major developers, institutional investors, fund managers, government entities, and private owners on a broad range of real estate matters.
Advise on acquisitions and disposals, development projects from concept to completion, urban renewal, subdivisions, and complex leasing.
Work on property aspects of renewable energy and infrastructure projects, as well as investment and co-investment structuring.
Carry out legal due diligence and support other practice groups on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional deals.
Supervise and coach junior lawyers, and take an active role in business development and building your personal brand.

We are looking for a technically excellent lawyer with experience across the full spectrum of property transactions, including development, investment, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing. You should be proactive, commercially minded, and committed to outstanding client service, with strong communication and organisational skills.

Significant post-qualification experience working in real estate, ideally within a well-respected firm.
Strong technical skills across development projects, investments, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
A proactive approach, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high level of integrity when dealing with clients and colleagues.
Excellent organisational, written, and oral communication skills.
A commitment to working collaboratively within a team and a willingness to develop specialist knowledge.
An interest in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the firm’s business development efforts.
