An opportunity has arisen for a senior associate to join a high-energy Real Estate practice in Perth, working closely with two experienced property partners and their team. The practice acts for major developers, private owners, local businesses, government entities, investment funds and fund managers across all aspects of real estate and land development law.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy, with the chance to run your own matters while collaborating across practice groups. Work spans acquisitions and disposals of development sites and built-form assets, development from concept to completion, urban renewal projects, subdivisions, legal due diligence, investment and co-investment structuring, and complex leasing for both landlords and tenants.

Clients are drawn from industrial and commercial property, office, retail, local government, seniors housing and retirement, and resources sectors. The practice also advises on property aspects of renewable energy and infrastructure projects, and as part of a global platform, supports clients nationally and internationally.

You will be mentored by experienced partners, supervise and coach junior lawyers, and develop your business development skills and personal brand in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Experience at a well-regarded firm across the full range of property transactions, including development projects, investments, acquisitions, disposals and leasing
Proactive, strong problem-solving approach with a high level of integrity
Hardworking, dedicated and enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn and develop specialist knowledge
Excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills and a strong client-service ethic
