Four to seven years of post-JD experience (excluding clerkships) in securities litigation matters
Extensive experience litigating securities cases in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery
Exceptional writing, analytical and legal research skills
Experience drafting briefs, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and handling motion practice
Demonstrated strategic thinking and a strong work ethic
Experience working with large litigation teams
