A leading international practice is seeking a senior associate with 4–7 years post-JD experience to join its Securities & Financial Services litigation team. Positions are open in Boston, New York and Palo Alto.

The role focuses on securities litigation in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery and involves responsibility for drafting briefs, managing discovery, participating in depositions and supporting motion practice on complex, large-team matters.

Ideal candidates are strong writers and analysts, comfortable working on high-stakes litigation teams and able to contribute strategic thinking and a sustained, client-focused work ethic.

4–7 years post-JD litigation experience (excluding clerkships)
Extensive securities litigation experience in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery
Proven drafting, legal research and motion practice skills; experience managing discovery and taking/defending depositions
Track record of working on large litigation teams; strong strategic thinking and work ethic
