Senior Associate, Securities Litigation

Seeking a senior associate to join a national securities and financial services litigation team. The role involves handling complex securities disputes in federal courts and, where applicable, the Delaware Court of Chancery. Positions are open in multiple U.S. offices (Boston, New York or Palo Alto).

The team represents institutional and corporate clients in high‑stakes securities litigation and class actions. You will draft briefs, manage discovery, participate in depositions, prosecute and oppose dispositive and interim motions, and collaborate on large, multi‑lawyer matters.

• 4–7 years post‑JD litigation experience (clerkships may be excluded)
• Extensive securities litigation experience in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery
• Strong legal research and writing skills; experience drafting briefs and motion practice
• Experience managing discovery and taking/defending depositions on large litigation teams
• Strategic thinker with a demonstrated strong work ethic
