Senior Associate, Securities & Financial Services

Anonymous leading international law firm is seeking senior associates for its Securities & Financial Services department. Positions are open in Boston, New York and Palo Alto and are focused on securities litigation and related financial-services disputes.

The role is litigation‑focused: candidates will join large, multi‑disciplinary teams and handle complex securities matters in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery. Typical work includes briefing, discovery management, depositions, motion practice and strategic case planning.

• 4–7 years post‑JD litigation experience (excluding clerkships)
• Substantial securities‑litigation experience in federal court and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery
• Strong briefing, research and analytical skills; experience managing discovery and taking/defending depositions
• Ability to work effectively on large litigation teams and demonstrated strong work ethic
