Four to seven years of post-JD experience in securities litigation matters (excluding clerkships)
Extensive experience litigating securities cases in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery
Exceptional writing, analytical, and legal research skills
Experience drafting briefs, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and motion practice
Demonstrated strategic thinking and strong work ethic
Experience working with large litigation teams
