Senior Corporate & Private Equity Associate — Dallas

Join a nationally recognized private equity transactions team in Dallas supporting mid- to large-market PE sponsors and portfolio companies. The group advises across the full investment lifecycle — M&A, sponsor acquisitions and dispositions, and related financings — with particular strength in healthcare and independent sponsor matters.

We are seeking a driven associate with substantial PE deal experience who will help lead transactions, work closely with senior deal teams and contribute to business development with an investment-banking mindset. The role offers clear transactional responsibility and opportunities for professional growth within a well-resourced corporate practice.

• 5–7 years post-qualification transactional experience, with a focus on private equity acquisitions and dispositions
• Proven experience on M&A and acquisition financing matters; comfort across the capital stack
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills; experience working with sponsors and portfolio companies
• J.D. (or equivalent), admitted or able to seek admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; excellent academic and professional references
