Senior Corporate Tax Associate – Edinburgh

Join a Tier 1 corporate tax team in Edinburgh advising on high-quality, technically demanding corporate tax matters. The team works across corporate M&A, private equity, real estate, cross-border structures, financing arrangements, funds and corporate reorganisations.

The role offers exposure to a broad client base including corporates, financial institutions, real estate investors and public sector bodies, together with a collaborative, supportive environment and structured opportunities for career progression.

• Established experience on corporate tax matters at senior associate level.
• Preferable focus or interest in real estate tax and/or corporate M&A tax.
• Qualified and registered with the SRA or the Law Society of Scotland.
• Strong technical drafting, advising and stakeholder-management skills.
