We are seeking a Senior Associate or Director-level lawyer with a proven track record in contentious employment law to join our highly successful Labour & Employment team. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across an extensive international platform on cross-jurisdictional projects, as well as locally based matters.

The global Labour & Employment practice is one of the largest and most globally focused in the world, acting for employers ranging from start-ups to listed multinationals across a broad spread of sectors. The team has seen sustained revenue growth, with increasing significant and complex mandates and strong demand from clients in the UK and internationally.

You will work on large, often cross-jurisdictional matters as a valuable part of a global client team, with front-line client exposure from day one. The role offers a rewarding and challenging career path, and you will advise on a wide range of contentious employment law matters, providing an exceptional service to clients.

Qualified solicitor under the laws of England and Wales
8–12 years' PQE
Proven track record in contentious employment law, with experience handling a broad spectrum of complex employment litigation matters
Excellent academics and intellectual curiosity
Self-motivation and ability to deliver high-quality work
Experience delegating to and managing junior associates and trainees
Keen interest in business development, including cross-selling between practice areas
