An established, nationally ranked Employment team is seeking a Senior or Managing Associate to join its growing practice, with flexibility to be based in Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh or London. This is a senior-level opportunity to work within a highly regarded team recognised as a national leader and to collaborate with leading practitioners in the field.

The team advises a diverse client base, including well-known names in the retail, public and financial services sectors, across the three UK legal jurisdictions. The role offers high-quality, varied work including workplace dispute management, restructuring and redundancies, respondent-side Employment Tribunal claims, TUPE and outsourcing support, contract drafting, and client training.

You will work closely with Partners and the wider national team, taking a key role in client relationships and contributing to the collaborative culture, including supporting the development of junior colleagues. Qualified lawyer with 3+ years' PQE in an employment team
Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
Commercially aware with some exposure to business development and strong client relationship skills
Collaborative approach and interest in developing junior team members
