The role sits across multiple UK offices and focuses on transactional and advisory work for clients in the renewables, utilities and natural resources sectors.
You will handle sales and acquisitions, site disposals, landowner agreements, lease negotiations, rights and easements, and real estate aspects of project development and consenting. The team works closely with planning, environmental and construction specialists; the role offers regular client contact and responsibility for managing matters end-to-end.
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with substantial real estate experience.
- Proven transactional experience on energy or natural-resources property matters (renewables, utilities, pipeline/land rights, site disposals, leases).
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable managing due diligence and risk analysis.
- Ability to run matters, supervise junior lawyers and liaise directly with clients and cross‑disciplinary teams.
