An established, full-service real estate team in Glasgow is seeking an experienced senior real estate solicitor to join its practice. The team advises public- and private-sector clients across landlord & tenant, investor & developer transactions and real estate finance.

The role offers hands-on transactional work across the full property lifecycle and collaboration with a cross-office real estate group. The team is growing and looking for someone who can contribute technical expertise and commercial client service.

Scottish qualification or equivalent rights to practise in Scotland
Significant experience in commercial real estate transactions (landlord & tenant, investment/development and/or real estate finance)
Track record of working with public- or private-sector clients
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a growing team and contribute to business development
