A leading global firm's U.S. structured finance group represents banks, funds and other financial institutions in a range of structured finance transactions involving trade receivables, inventory and other trade-related assets. The group is seeking a senior associate or counsel with at least five years of structured finance and securitization experience.

The role focuses on lender-side private trade receivables securitization, supply-chain finance, trade receivables monetization and similar working-capital asset matters. Capital markets exposure is welcome but not required. Transactions frequently feature cross-border elements, off-balance-sheet structuring under GAAP and/or IFRS, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance, and balance-sheet and/or ABCP funding.

The practice is collaborative and open to placing the role in several U.S. offices; relevant experience is valued more highly than class year or location.

5+ years of structured finance and securitization experience
Preference for lender-side private trade receivables securitization, supply-chain finance or trade receivables monetization
Capital markets experience helpful but not required
Admitted and practicing as a U.S. lawyer
