An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Trade Mark Attorney to join a market-leading brands practice within a full-service law firm. This role is available across multiple UK offices, including London, Manchester, or Leeds.

As part of a collaborative and growing team, you will advise on sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional trade mark portfolios, high-profile disputes, and strategic brand management projects for clients across retail, consumer, technology, media, financial services, and life sciences sectors.

Essential:

Qualified UK Trade Mark Attorney
Significant post-qualification experience in trade mark and brand protection matters
Experience managing substantial international trade mark portfolios
Proven expertise in clearance, prosecution, and contentious proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO
Track record of building and managing client relationships
Experience supervising and developing junior professionals
Comfortable coordinating multi-jurisdictional matters with overseas counsel

Desirable:

Experience with online brand enforcement and platform protection strategies
Sector exposure (retail, consumer, technology, media, life sciences, financial services)
Experience supporting IP aspects of corporate transactions and commercial agreements
Existing network within the trade mark and IP market
