Solicitor/Associate – Clinical Risk

Join one of the country's largest clinical risk teams, handling a challenging and rewarding caseload of defendant clinical negligence work. You will act for a variety of clients, including public sector health bodies, medical defence organisations, independent healthcare providers, and medical malpractice insurers.

• Manage a busy caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims, drafting legal documents, conducting negotiations and mediations, and preparing for court deadlines.
• Act as the primary client contact, providing commercially focused legal advice and adhering to client protocols and processes.
• Contribute to non-fee-earning activities, including knowledge sharing, training, client seminars, and business development.

You should be a solicitor or associate with experience in defendant or claimant clinical negligence, or defendant personal injury. Experience with an NHS Resolution panel firm is desirable but not essential. You will have strong technical and organisational skills, a commercial mindset, and a client-focused approach.
