Join a market-leading clinical risk team handling a varied defendant clinical negligence caseload. The team acts for a broad range of healthcare-sector clients, including public healthcare bodies, medical defence organisations, independent providers and insurers.

This role offers an opportunity to work on technically strong, high-volume clinical negligence matters in a supportive, specialist practice. You will handle files from first contact through to litigation, participate in alternative dispute resolution, and contribute to knowledge-sharing and business development activities.

Qualified solicitor/associate with experience in defendant or claimant clinical negligence or defendant personal injury work
Experience working on healthcare-sector panels or with public healthcare clients desirable
Strong technical, organisational and case-management skills, comfortable managing multiple matters through an electronic case management system
Commercial approach to legal issues, client-focused, and able to mentor and supervise junior team members
