A leading global law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its Band 1, award-winning Dispute Resolution team in Sydney. The role sits within a market-leading practice recognised at the top of independent legal rankings, offering exposure to complex and strategic disputes for national and international clients.

You will work across general commercial litigation, arbitrations, internal and external investigations and regulatory inquiries, supporting clients across a range of sectors. The position involves hands-on file management, issue identification and proactive problem-solving, as well as contributing to business development initiatives with existing and new clients.

You will collaborate with colleagues in interstate and international offices and benefit from extensive client exposure and structured learning opportunities within a highly motivated, collegial team that promotes collaboration and excellence.

Demonstrable experience delivering technical advice on a range of commercial litigation matters, from a leading top-tier, national or international private practice or an in-house environment
An Australian or New Zealand practising certificate
1½ to 4 years of legal experience (e.g. 1.5–4 PQE)
Excellent academic record with strong legal skills and a practical mindset
Proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of a supportive, market-leading team
Ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated collegiality within a team
Hunger to learn and develop, with an innovative mindset and curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
