Experienced disputes team in Canberra is seeking a Solicitor with 2–4 years post-qualification experience to join its Dispute Resolution practice. The role offers exposure to commercial litigation, class actions, regulatory investigations, public law and Commonwealth government litigation, with opportunities to work on national and interstate matters.

You will work in a collaborative team with structured mentoring from senior lawyers, but will be expected to manage tasks proactively and exercise appropriate autonomy. The role provides access to diverse, challenging matters and encourages use of modern legal technologies, including AI-enabled tools.

2–4 years PQE in dispute resolution or related litigation
Strong written and oral communication, drafting and legal analysis skills
Experience or strong interest in commercial litigation, class actions or regulatory matters
Familiarity with Federal Courts/Tribunals processes desirable; experience from other jurisdictions valued
Team player with client-service focus and willingness to adopt legal technology (including AI tools)
Right to work in Australia (must hold required visas/approvals)
