Join a leading national Employment, Pensions and Immigration team and play a key role in advising a range of police force clients on employment litigation and advisory matters. This role offers genuine scope for career development, working alongside partners on high-profile employment tribunal cases.

Manage a mixed caseload of police employment work, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, equal pay and detriment claims, with a focus on running Employment Tribunal cases.
Draft tribunal responses, bundles, witness statements and legal updates; assist with supervision and mentoring of junior team members.
Support business development initiatives, including training and networking, and work to client and internal SLAs.

Qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE (all relevant experience considered).
Experience running your own employment tribunal files, ideally for respondent clients.
Strong technical knowledge of employment law; experience advising on the full range of employment law issues.
Excellent drafting, communication, time management and teamwork skills; attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines.
Flexible approach; previous mentoring/supervising experience and advocacy in preliminary hearings preferred.
