Staff Attorney — Capital Markets (New York)

Seeking a staff attorney to join a busy capital markets team in New York with a focus on structured notes and related structured products. This role offers hands-on transactional work drafting and negotiating offering documents, product documentation and related disclosure materials.

The team advises on securities law matters across primary offerings and structured-product transactions. The position reports into the capital markets group and works closely with senior deal lawyers and product specialists.

• Admission to practice in New York required.
• Experience in capital markets or securities work, ideally with structured notes or other structured products.
• Strong drafting and document-preparation skills for offering documents and product documentation.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and relevant transactional experience in a law firm or in-house team.
