Join a market‑leading Private Funds team in London that advises asset managers, institutional investors and fund sponsors on complex fund formation, structuring and investment matters. The practice handles technically sophisticated, cross‑border matters across the full fund lifecycle, including fundraising, incentive arrangements and ongoing regulatory and operational issues.

The role is open at either Supervising or Managing Associate level. You will take early responsibility on significant mandates, work closely with senior lawyers across funds, finance, tax and regulatory teams, and gain direct client exposure. There is strong scope to build your profile in the market and contribute to the team’s growth.

Approximately 4–8 years' PQE in private funds, fund formation or private fund investment work.
Experience from a leading City, international or specialist funds practice.
Excellent academic credentials and strong technical grounding in private funds work.
Commercial, pragmatic approach with confidence managing transactions and client relationships.
Interest in business development and ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
