Join a market-leading Structured Finance & Derivatives practice advising banks, asset managers and other institutional clients on complex structured products, derivatives and securitisations across a broad range of asset classes.

The role involves running significant transaction workstreams on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters, advising on structuring, execution and related regulatory considerations, and coordinating with other teams across financial markets and capital markets.

As a senior member of the team you will supervise and mentor junior lawyers, support business development initiatives and contribute to practice growth. The role is available in London or Bristol and operates a hybrid working model (minimum in-office days apply).

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common-law qualification)
Minimum 3 years' PQE with strong structured products / derivatives experience
Experience advising investment banks, asset managers, financial institutions or similar market participants
Proven transaction management skills, commercial judgement and ability to own matter workstreams
Interest in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development
