2–6 years of tax experience
Experience advising on some combination of M&A, capital markets, and international transactions
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Demonstrated initiative, motivation, and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong client relations skills and experience handling concurrent matters
LLM preferred but not required
