The national transactional tax group of a leading US law firm is seeking an associate with 4–8 years of tax experience to join its growing practice. The team advises technology, life sciences, and high-growth enterprises at every stage of development across all areas of federal tax law.

Preferred candidates will have experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance, and will assist clients with equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing, and collaboration arrangements, as well as domestic and international tax planning.

4–8 years of tax experience
Experience in M&A, capital markets, and corporate finance preferred
Familiarity with equity financings, technology transfers, licensing, and collaboration arrangements
Domestic and international tax planning experience
Superior academic credentials
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
