Tax Associate — Tax (M&A & Cross-Border)

Experienced tax associate opportunity at a U.S. national law firm with a broad transactional tax practice. The role will sit on deals involving mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and international/cross-border transactions.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of relevant tax experience, strong technical drafting and problem‑solving ability, and experience managing multiple concurrent matters and client relationships. The position is open across multiple U.S. offices, including Chicago, Colorado, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, Santa Monica and Washington, DC.

• 3–5 years of tax practice experience advising on transactional matters
• Experience on some combination of M&A, capital markets and cross‑border/international tax issues
• Excellent academic record from a nationally recognized law school; LLM in taxation preferred but not required
• Strong client‑relation skills and ability to manage multiple active matters
• High motivation, initiative and problem‑solving ability
