Tax Associate (2nd–6th Year)

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join a sophisticated, nationally recognized tax practice. The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactional tax work, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international matters.

Ideal candidates will have 2–6 years of tax experience, strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school, and the ability to handle multiple active matters simultaneously while maintaining excellent client relationships.

The position is open across multiple U.S. offices, and an LLM is preferred but not required. • 2–6 years of tax experience
• Experience advising on a combination of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and/or international transactions
• High level of motivation, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong client relations skills and experience managing several concurrent matters
• High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
• LLM preferred but not required
