Tax Attorney

Role Overview: Our client, a leading international law firm, seeks a mid-level associate to join its tax practice. This role offers the opportunity to advise on complex, high-profile transactions across mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and cross-border matters.

• Provide tax counsel on M&A, capital markets, and international transactions.
• Manage multiple concurrent matters while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Exercise high motivation, initiative, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications: 2–6 years of tax experience; strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school; LLM preferred but not required.
