Our client, a leading national law firm, seeks a motivated associate to join its tax practice. This role offers the opportunity to advise on complex mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international tax matters.

2–6 years of tax experience, including exposure to M&A, capital markets, and/or cross-border transactions
Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school; an LLM is preferred but not required
Excellent problem-solving, client relations, and multi-matter management skills
Ability to work across multiple concurrent engagements with initiative and high motivation

This position is based in one of several U.S. offices (including major markets such as New York, Washington, DC, Chicago, and select West Coast locations). The firm offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and generous paid time off.
