We are seeking a motivated tax associate with 2-6 years of experience to join a dynamic tax practice. The role involves advising on a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and international matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a high level of initiative, and the ability to manage several concurrent matters while maintaining excellent client relations. A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is required, and an LLM is preferred but not required.

This position is open across multiple offices in the United States, offering flexibility in location.

2-6 years of tax experience
Experience advising on M&A, capital markets, and/or international transactions
High level of motivation, initiative, and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong client relations skills and experience managing multiple matters
High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
LLM preferred but not required
