Tax Attorney (2-6 years)

Our firm has an opportunity for an associate to join our tax practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of tax experience, including advising on some combination of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international transactions. We seek a highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills, excellent client relations abilities, and experience handling several concurrent matters. A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is expected. An LLM is preferred but not required.
