Tax Attorney

Our firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join our tax practice. The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of tax experience, with exposure to mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and cross-border matters. We value strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements with a client-focused approach. An LLM is preferred but not required. This role offers the flexibility to be based at any of our offices across the country, and we provide a comprehensive benefits package.

• 2–6 years of tax experience, including advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and/or international transactions
• High level of motivation, initiative, and problem-solving ability
• Strong client relations skills and experience handling concurrent matters
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
• LLM preferred, not required
