Tax Attorney — Tax

Experienced tax associate role in a national practice with openings across multiple U.S. offices. The team advises on transactional and international tax matters supporting mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and cross-border work.

The firm seeks a motivated, client-focused attorney able to manage several concurrent matters and contribute to a collaborative practice. Candidates may be based in any of several U.S. offices.

• 3-5 years of tax experience advising on M&A, capital markets and/or international tax matters
• Strong academic record from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Tax preferred but not required
• Excellent problem-solving, project management and client-relations skills; able to handle multiple ongoing matters
