Tax Associate

An opportunity is available for an associate to join a dynamic tax practice. The team advises on a range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and international matters.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of tax experience and a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school. An LLM is preferred but not required.

The role offers the chance to handle multiple concurrent matters, work directly with clients, and collaborate with a highly motivated team. Candidates can be based in one of several offices across the United States.

• 2–6 years of tax experience
• Experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and/or international transactions
• High level of motivation, initiative, and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong client relations skills and experience managing several concurrent matters
• High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
• LLM preferred, but not required
