You will work on contentious matters involving partnerships, corporations, estates, multinationals, and high-net-worth individuals, supporting litigation, appeals, and settlement negotiations.
The group regularly represents clients before the IRS, Treasury, state tax tribunals, and in court, and includes attorneys with prior government tax experience. The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

- 1–5 years of tax experience in a law firm or government tax practice, with exposure to complex IRS disputes and tax litigation
- LL.M. in Tax required
- Admission to the California bar
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; superior attention to detail
- Experience with IRS practice and procedure or DOJ/IRS Chief Counsel experience is a plus
- Proven ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment and strong interpersonal skills
