Our Boston office seeks a highly qualified entry-level associate (J.D. or LLM Class of 2026 or 2027) to join our Tax practice. The group works closely with our corporate practice and advises clients on a broad range of transactional tax matters, including corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; partnerships, LLCs, and other joint ventures; private equity transactions and fund formation; real estate transactions, real estate fund formation, and real estate investment trusts; venture capital transactions and fund formation; and financing and capital markets transactions.

Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in tax and transactional work. Coursework, internships, clerkships, or other experience involving tax, corporate, or transactional matters is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in teams, assume increasing responsibility for components of transactions, and develop the ability to manage assignments independently. Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills are required.

J.D. or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school, Class of 2026 or 2027
Demonstrated interest in tax and transactional practice
Coursework, internships, clerkships, or other experience involving tax, corporate, or transactional matters preferred
Outstanding academic credentials
Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or ability to become admitted promptly)
