Tax Partner — Charlotte

Leading national law firm is seeking a Tax Partner to join its Charlotte office to lead and grow a tax practice serving corporate and high-net-worth clients. The role will involve advising on complex federal and state tax matters, managing client relationships, and supervising a team of tax attorneys and support staff.

This is a partner-track lateral role for an experienced tax practitioner with an established portable practice or demonstrable client development ability. The firm offers platform resources and cross-practice collaboration to support business development and case execution.

• Proven partner-level tax experience advising corporate and/or individual clients on complex tax matters.
• Active bar admission (or eligibility) in North Carolina and appropriate tax credentials (JD, LLM in Tax, or equivalent).
• Demonstrable track record of business development; a portable practice or established client relationships preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to manage matters, supervise team members, and work cross-practice.
