Tax Partner — Las Vegas

Leading international law firm seeks a Tax Partner to join its Las Vegas office. This is a senior, practice-building role advising U.S. tax matters for corporate and high-net-worth clients across domestic and cross-border transactions.

The partner will lead client engagements, develop and mentor a local team, and work closely with national practice groups to originate and deliver tax planning, transactional tax, and controversy services.

• Established partner-level tax practice with significant experience in corporate and transactional tax matters.
• Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice is welcome.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams and working with national or multi-office practice groups.
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
