Senior tax partner role in a busy San Francisco tax practice. You will lead sophisticated domestic and international tax matters for corporate and individual clients, work closely with deal teams and provide high-level strategic and technical tax advice.

The team advises on a broad range of tax issues across corporate transactions, tax planning and controversy. The office is integrated with a national and international platform, offering opportunities to collaborate across practices and geographies.

We are seeking an experienced partner-level hire with a track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice will be valued. This is a leadership role with significant client-facing and business-development responsibilities.

Established partner-level tax practitioner with significant US tax experience
Proven client development and relationship-management record; portable practice desirable
Experience advising on corporate, transactional and/or international tax matters
Excellent technical writing and communication skills; ability to lead teams
Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and ability to work in San Francisco
