Tax Partner — Tallahassee

Leading national law firm seeks a tax partner to join its Tallahassee office and expand a growing tax practice. The role will combine client advising on federal and state tax matters with business development and team leadership responsibilities.

The successful candidate will handle a range of transactional and advisory tax work for corporate and individual clients, collaborate with colleagues across offices, and help build a local platform. A portable practice or established client relationships are welcomed.

• Admitted to practice in Florida.
• Established tax practice with partner-level experience — able to manage complex transactional and advisory matters.
• Proven client development skills and ability to grow a local practice.
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating across practice groups.
