Tax Partner — Washington, D.C.

Top-tier US law firm is seeking a Tax Partner to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role is a front‑facing leadership position focused on advising corporations and high‑net‑worth clients on federal, state and international tax matters.

The partner will lead engagements, mentor and build a tax team, and work collaboratively across practice groups on cross‑disciplinary transactions and disputes. The firm is interested in candidates with an established, portable practice and a track record of originating and developing client relationships.

• Proven partner- or senior‑level tax experience advising on federal, state and international tax issues.
• Demonstrated client development skills and an existing, portable practice or proven ability to originate work.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and experience managing matters and teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across practices.
