Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Washington, D.C. tax practice. This role will advise corporate and high-net-worth clients on a broad range of tax matters, including domestic and international tax planning, controversy, and transactional work.

The position offers a senior platform with opportunities to lead engagements, develop junior lawyers, and contribute to practice strategy. Candidates with an established, portable tax practice and demonstrated business development capability are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level tax lawyer with a strong technical background in U.S. federal and international tax.
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; portable book of business preferred.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication, client relationship and business development skills.
